Welcome to WhereRU! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WhereRU mobile application ("App"), which is developed and maintained by Bitsbaker LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App allows users to locate family and friends through phone numbers with their consent. Users must use the App responsibly and only for the intended purpose of locating known family and friends.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Bitsbaker LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bitsbaker LLC does not guarantee that the App will be free of bugs, security breaches, or virus attacks. The App may occasionally be unavailable for routine maintenance, upgrading, or other reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bitsbaker LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bitsbaker LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.
Bitsbaker LLC reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
